Cooks will operate under the Chef to test and master the various menu items to ensure a flawless hard opening. All cook positions will report directly to the Executive Chef to ensure a smooth operation. We are looking forward to providing a one of a kind experience with excellent food and entertainment in a very up and coming area.



  • Set up, prep and closing tasks

  • Execute menu items with a consistent quality

  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of all work areas

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, sous-chef, or executive chef



  • Previous cook experience required, 2+ years preferred

  • Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail

  • Ability to read and follow cooking directions

  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be organized and self-motivated

  • ServSafe certificaction is a plus
  • Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts

  • Assist in delivery/pickup of kegs, festival gear, etc.

  • Must be able to stand (up to 8 hours), bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
