We are looking for strong individuals with a great work ethic and flexibility in hours and duties. The Host will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef. We are a family-oriented staff who are looking to throw all hands on deck to accomplish all tasks. The more successful the company is as an entity, the better it is for all involved. Those who help us get the ball rolling and work hard through the growth can grow with us.

FLOOR ASSOCIATE/SERVER

As a Floor Associate, you will be an ambassador to ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly. A critical component to our venue will be ensuring all other facets, eg bar, kitchen, and dining space are all connected. The Floor Associate will be required to jump in the heart of the business and change pace at any given time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking orders from guests

  • Running food to tables

  • Assisting the bartenders in washing glasses and silverware in accordance with the national health standards

  • Expediting behind the bar, ensuring food and drinks are being made in the proper order and entire table orders are being pushed out properly

  • Clearing empty items from tables, and cleaning tables/sanitizing when a party has left.

  • Having eyes on the floor to let the bar and kitchen have the upper hand. If someone is unhappy, hungry, or thirsty, the Floor Associate will ensure they get what they need in a reasonable time.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts

  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

  • Assist in delivery/pickup of Kegs, festival gear, etc.

  • Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

HOST/HOSTESS

As a Host/Hostess you will represent the company's first impression to our guests.  The ideal candidate will be friendly, inviting and knowledgeable about our operation.  This person will have a variety of responsibilities on any given shift including coordinating with the front of house and kitchen staff on takeout/delivery orders, taking and selling tickets for shows and seating guests at their table.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting patrons and taking tickets for ticketed events and shows

  • Guiding patrons to the bar or seating area of their choosing

  • Managing/coordinating both online and call in takeout & delivery orders through the POS System

  • Running food and drinks when the bar staff is in the weeds

  • Occasionally bussing tables
