Two English muffins, house-cured Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce.

The Big Two Eggs Any Style

Your choice of protein and toast. Served with has browns.

Corned Beef Hash

Hash browns sautéed with diced house corned beef, charred asparagus, and caramelized onions. Topped with two eggs and garlic aioli.

Biscuits and sausage gravy

A heaping portion of pork sausage gravy over two biscuits and topped with two sunny-side-up eggs.

Strata of the day

Baked egg pie with diced bread and daily fresh ingredients.

GRIDDLE CAKES

Three large buttermilk pancakes with salted butter and maple syrup. Served with your choice of protein.

HOT CHICKEN N CAKES

Two pancakes and a very healthy portion of hot fried chicken served with onion aioli and maple butter gravy.

OATS PORRIDGE

Fresh oatmeal made with whole rolled and steel-cut oats. Lightly sweetened and served with sides of brown sugar, maple syrup and dried fruit.

MAPLE OAT GRANOLA

House-roasted granola with chocolate chips, nuts, honey, and dried fruit on the side. Served with your choice of plain greek yogurt, milk, or almond milk.

QUINOA BOWL

Steamed quinoa, sautéed kale, caramelized onions, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, and diced avocado. Served with your choice of sauce.

AVOCADO TOAST

Two slices of whole-wheat toast, avocado, cilantro, and lime chili flake. Served with your choice of mixed fruit or side salad. Available topped with two sunny-side-up eggs and queso fresco.

SANDWICHES

Comes with your choice of hash browns, fries or side salad.

REUBEN

House-cured corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing. Served on butter-toasted rye.

BLT

A 1/4 lb of thick-cut Pennsylvania cured bacon, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and onion aioli.

BRUNCH BURGER

Onion beef patty, your choice of breakfast protein, cooper sharp, sunny-side-up egg, lettuce, and tomato.

EGG SAMMY

Two eggs, Soundbank sauce, cooper sharp, caramelized onions, and your choice of protein. Served on thick-cut brioche bread.

BREAKFAST SLIDERS

Two sliders with a fried egg, cooper sharp and Soundbank sauce. Served with tater tots and your choice of protein.

MEET THE CHEF

Food has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've borrowed techniques I've learned throughout my career and combined them with my own personal style. This menu comes from a personal place – many items have family roots, celebrate close friends, or are favorites from specific times in my life that hold meaning. Refined comfort food. My passion is to provide a uniquely comfortable experience through food and to inspire the same sense of belonging that creating meals has given me.
