The bartender position is expected to provide prompt service at the bar, anticipate guest needs and maintain exemplary health and safety practices. Additional responsibilities include taking food orders, expediting the delivery of food to tables, greeting/collecting tickets to shows and bussing tables.



  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartender experience.

  • Server, waitstaff experience (preferred)

  • The right candidate is knowledgeable about our selection, especially beer and signature cocktails, and should be comfortable taking initiative in recommending beers and drinks.

  • Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work, including daily maintenance and upkeep of taproom and cleaning the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed

  • Applicants should be able to multitask and have an outgoing, positive personality.

  • Applicants should have experience handling card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift

  • Serves alcoholic beverages per company standards and state alcohol service requirements

  • R.A.M.P certification (preferred)

  • Assist in delivery/pickup of Kegs, festival gear, etc

  • Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment

  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8 hours).

  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
